The Best of the Best. Absolutely 5 diamond all around. Had a phenomenal time. Everywhere you went all the employees were great. Nobu is very quiet and private entrance. Amenities were top notch. Mini bar snacks and fridge are fully stocked. Ole Homestead...Nobu...and Hells Kitchen were amazing. Can't wait to come back
I expected much more. I did love the robes, toiletries, and slippers provided. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Another thing I liked was the privacy of the place and the check in area is more of a boutique hotel feel but I expected the decor to be upgraded. There is no personal use of the fridge and no coffee maker in the room. The hair dryer was outdated. I had this property on my list of places to go but I have gotten a better quality stay for less money. The front desk people were not informative about the parking procedure. The parking is free with your stay but they failed to activate my room key and the parking card I was given did not work. This happened more than once. I was not aware of how the parking worked and ended up paying for parking the first night. I brought it up but I was told I needed to contact billing Monday morning.
Very happy I choose Nobu in Caesars Palace. When we arrived the bell hop took our bags and held them in storage until our room was ready. We went to the desk at Nobu and checked in, no waiting no line. The rooms were clean, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We had a nice view of the strip. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for more. If your like me and wanted to be able to have the Vegas experience but also wanted a place to stay that was away from the noise and crowd, this is it, all the amenities of Caesars Palace but hid out of the way, giving you a quiet room and quiet halls to get away from the people for a bit.
Checking in this morning and despite having rooms available they want to upcharge me $75 for checking in early. Makes you think what happened to the Caesars hospitality? I have stayed here in the past and now this will be my last time. Instead of being checked in and on the floor gambling I am sitting in the second floor work area. Nice!
Love it. Very clean. Tastefully decorated. Our room was beautiful. The front desk lady was super helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back.
