Bit of a walk into town but hotel is lovely
Overall a very nice experience. Exactly what anybody would expect from a modern, recently fully refurbished urban hotel. Does not get five stars because of some minor glitches, no doubt due to its recent reopening. Would endorse this hotel to anyone visiting the lovely city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
Arrived at the hotel Feb 25th to find it's never been opened. Why the hell are you posting advertisments for a hotel that isn't open!!?!? It's misleading and dishonest. I was lucky to find someone who told me reservations were moved across the street to Hotel Santa Catalina. Prior to coming, I received no notifications from the hotel staff of the changes.
