Lovely 3 star hotel less than 1 min walk from the local Blue Flag beach. Nice, friendly staff. The room was a very decent size, not much noise since it is located just off the main beach front. Would certainly recommend if you are on a budget

- : lack of view thrue the window, many rooms have deadend view - for a concrete wall.
- : very noisy rooms, everything can be heard whats going on up to one level below and above.

Myself and 7 colleagues stayed in this hotel last week and the service and hospitality could not have been more welcoming. Admittedly, we were a tricky bunch to manage logistically but there was not one request which could not be followed up. As somebody who spends 70% of the year living in hotels and from a suitcase, this hotel is definitely in the top tier of places I have stayed. I would like to reserve particular praise for the energetic receptionist Zahra who went above and beyond on more than one occasion to ensure that we all enjoyed our stay in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria. Going forward I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and those in my industry and as soon as these uncertain times are behind us I will make a return to this hotel to enjoy it once again. Recomended hotel when you have plan for travelling to gran canari, near to beach and shooping mall.
friendly and helpfull staff,room is good enought for 2 person,breakfast is good restaurant standard,with valuable price for stay at low budget.
Ok. So hotel recent was refurbished, rooms have air conditioning, free good speed wi-fi, beach only 2 min away.
