When we enter our room we were greeted by morbid smell of strong perfume i had legit half hour migraine because of it. Had to open the window to reduce the odour.
Bed was okay, bathroom was okay, tables got many ants crawling over
No real table to work on, just very small enough for 1 small person. No cutleries also no water boiler, just cups to drink and 2 free small bottles of water
A new hotel in the area. It's a short 2 minute walk to the beachfront. The rooms are big and spacious.
Customer service is of a high level and the staff are constantly attentive of guests needs. Great hotel!

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff.
We were only one night in Gran Canaria and stayed at this hotel. Close to the beach and cafes with very nice and clean roms. We got a huge rom and early breakfast because we were leaving at 6.30 in the morning. If we wil be in Las Palmas again this hotel wil be our first choice absolutely!!!
The service and people who is running the hotel are more than amazing. We left early to the airport and forgot an old bunny in the rom... Our 6 years old daughter sleeps every night with that bunny from her birth so she became more than sad...
After about one week came a package to our home to Norway and guess what it was...Yea, there was her old pink bunny and an amazing letter to our daughter about what he was doing in Gran Canaria after we left..
