From the time I booked the hotel, to the time of checkout, the hotel staff was exceedingly helpful. They ensured I had correct directions before I was even in the area, and even assisted with my baggage upon arrival. The young woman who checked me in spoke perfect English and was able to point me in the direction of some delicious local food. The hotel offered a wonderful spread for breakfast for a very fair price.
The rooms were beautiful. The staff kept my room stocked with amenities, including small treats anytime I went out for the day. I had a fantastic view of the city from my room, which led out onto a terrace with tables and chairs for lounging.
I wouldn't even look at other hotels in the area if/when I return to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. These wonderful folks will always have my business.

Beginning to end, top to bottom this place was perfect. Our room was exactly what I’d expect from a boutique hotel. Very modern and clean cut. Enough amenities in each room without seeming to go overboard. I especially liked that fact they built using local carpentry shop and suppliers.
Beyond the physical building the staff could not have done a better job. When my wife felt a little soar throat the owner had lozenges waiting for us when we returned from our day touring. It’s these small details that separate the good from the great. Running a hotel is about the client experience and La Palmera BH seems to know this very well.
Breakfast was simple and good, with minor variations each morning to allow for trying something different.
Beds were very comfortable, WiFi fast and if you need total dark to sleep you will receive this in your room.
If you stay here I’d be surprised to hear you didn’t like it.

It is a hotel with very good qualities: an excellent location, quiet, very pleasant, new and tastefully decorated.
Very cozy, has an elevator, all new and very clean, we have been invited to breakfast, central, and in a very quiet area.
