This was just amazing. The hotel is beautiful with perfect services in every aspect. We especially loved the rooftop swimming pool and bar. We also enjoyed the wellness services, including a massage. The neighborhood of the hotel is very nice with a lot of dining options within the walking distance. We also tried all of the hotel's restaurants and were very pleased with the quality of the food and services.
We definitely recommend this hotel and would like to come back in the future.
Rooms excellent and well appointed. Food of a high standard, however room service could be better due to language barrier - however I appreciate staff English is far better than my Spanish!
Had a lovely staycation at the Santa Catalina, a Royal Hideaway Hotel. The hotel looks amazing with the recent renovation, loved our Junior suite's balcony. We had a beautiful view to the gardens. The swimming pools were also great. Also visited the spa and the massage was awesome. Would definitely stay again!
Lovely hotel, really really pretty and grand looking with excellent surrounds.
A big downstairs pool, with ample seating around it and free towels.
The gym is exceptional. I don't really know why you need to book as it's always empty.
The wellness centre again is really good. Sauna, steam both excellent, along with the plunge pool. There is a pool in there but the water jets seem faulty.
The breakfast is amazing, and the roof top bar excellent, with a long pool (albeit very narrow) and a small private gym.
The only criticism I have is that we got one complimentary water on day one and nothing since. I would expect one a day for the price. Even a budget gym gives one a day so seems odd.
We had a bad experience in this hotel,
It's true that the hotel was good, the room and the good, but we had a bad experience with a stolen sunglasses. I forgot them in the pool, on the place where I was relaxing, and when I came back, the sunglasses was not there. I asked the guy who was in charge of the pool, and who disinfected the place where I was one minute after I went ( due to covid, this guy has to take off the towels, and disinfects the place), but he said he found nothing... It's disappointing how we cannot have trust in a place who is supposed to be luxurious. Sunglasses that I just bought one week ago for 400 euros.
