I must say that I've stayed in a lot of hotels in numerous countries. However, this hotel is probably one of the best. We stayed four nights here, and everything was just perfect, from check-in throughout our stay to check-out. All staff members were super nice and friendly. The hotel is in a good location and brand new. And it has free parking. The lobby has a clean contemporary design, and there is a perfect swimming pool with space for kids. We had a fantastic brand new looking room with a balcony and a spacious bathroom. The room has a comfy bed, has an espresso machine kettle and so on. The staff kindly provided us with a baby cot and a baby bath. Our room was cleaned to perfection by the team every day. The breakfast was also lovely. Perfectly cooked, a wide selection of items and the portions are generous. The restaurant and the bar are reasonably priced too. The hotel has a brand new full-on gym, an adequately heated sauna, and a steam room. Upon arriving in the gym, the staff promptly issued us with a set of towels and a bottle of mineral water each. I highly recommended this Hotel!
Super friendly service and good location. I got an upgrade to a larger room (modern rooms). Breakfast is also delicious and you get good suggestions on what to do and where to eat. It's a clear recommendation for me.
The hotel is newly open so everything is clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable and the tv has so many channels and even YouTube. Breakfast doesn't have much variety but the food and freshly pressed orange juice are tasty. The pool is also clean and the atmosphere is great. Cocktails are cheap. It's easy to reach the city centre by foot. The airport can also be easily reached by bus but the public transport is not reliable. That's not a problem since the hotel offers a free transfer. The reception is also always friendly and ready to help. A big thanks to Danny for making our stay pleasant.
We arrived at 3am and Danny and Harry made our travels much more comfortable. Service is the key to a successful business. They offer assistance with luggage, offer beverages, very pleasant after a long day and night. In the morning Julia assist us with any questions we had, she was very friendly as was everyone in the breakfast area. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you all!
I really enjoyed the new renovation of the hotel. Great, friendly and helpful staff. Fresh food and ideal cleanliness. The receptionists staff Kristina and Danny work very well. The rooms are handled very tidily and honestly by Tatiana. Very helpful bartender Valeria.
