Very nice hotel, great views close to Palm tree beach (see pics). Comfortable bed (always helps), good and varied breakfast, great location (close to city centre), friendly staff, value for money rates. Highly recommended!!!
Clean, friendly. Nice rooms with pleasant decor and excellent aircon and great shower. Rooms are on the small side but seaview ones look over the beach with a nice balcony. Breakfast is probably the low point edible but uninspiring
Affordable, great breakfast and shower room, a spacious queen-sized bed, central location. Definitely recommended. We stayed here for three nights within our 10-day vacation in Cyprus.
According to current situation and changing restrictions due to Covid'19 hotel charged us for stay there in the night - even when we coudnt fly to Cyprus. I didnt get my test result on time so I coudnt go on board. (Whole holidays lost...) Others hotels understood situation and gave me money back, this one unfortunately not. Totally not reccomend and dont undestand this behaviour!
First thing to clarify is I didn't stay in the hotel, so this review is not about the installations or my stay.
I had a reservation with them and due to travel restrictions for COVID-19 I had to cancel my flight against my desire.
I wrote them plus other 5 hotels in the area (it was a road trip) to cancel my stay explaining the reason. All the other 5 hotels understood it and cancelled without any fee. They were the only ones who charged me the whole stay.
I understand it is a business and they are suffering the most for this situation, but they should also show some empaty for clients also experiencing inconveniences because of the pandemy and its consecuences.
I would understand them charging me a fee but not the whole stay price.
