Excellent location for the beachfront and the airport. Local busses for the airport stops at the front of the building, 9 minutes and 39 minutes past every hour. Nico the owner/ manager is very helpful and friendly. There was even a teapot in the room! I highly recommend this place.
Very pleasant experience. Very clean and tidy 150m walk to the sea front. Nico the owner very helpful with anything we needed and any questions we had. We will WWE be back for another stay :)
Wery accessible prices. Owner is very nice and friendly. Hvac system is really good (it was quite cold outside but the room got warm in just minutes. The rooms are not too large but the living room area more then makes up for that. 2 fridges and a atove plus toaster microwave and water heater ... all you need for a quick breakfast. All in all, a good experience

The hotel is very nice, comfortable and clean. We spent a very good time staying here. The beach is very close, also the center of Larnaka. Everything was super!
