Best place to be in Lagos. Awesome view from the first floor. We had our honey moon there. The staff is really friendly. Try the self made orange cake from the chambermaids !
Greatest secret of Lagos is this little hideaway. Fantastic views, friendliest staff, warm feeling of welcome from the moment you walk in the door.
Coming home feeling
The Villa Esmeralda is situated on a fantastic spot above Praia do mós. The house had a long story, being constructed more then 30y ago as privat summer house of Dona Patricia and her husband.
From the beautiful garden there is a short walking path down to the Atlantic Ocean with a very nice beach area.
At the time when the owners discovered the place and builded their villa, the surroundings was just landscape, nothing more.
Over the last 25y and especially the last 15y, the constructions have extremely exploded which is steal petty for the spot.
Villa Esmeralda has fantastic staff taking care to the guests.!The breakfast offer us a bit to reduced for a high class location like this one. WiFi free of charge but not really good availability.
The price in June is on upper level for just overnight+BreZkfasr
location is good, but has a rude military style receptionist set the tone for the stay. rooms did not have the same views as in hotel photos. sofas run down and falling apart. the overall attitude of management was not that friendly, though many of the support staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our stay at the villa exceeded expectations. Extremely clean, well-kept and in top condition. Here you feel comfortable from the start and would like to extend another two nights shortly before departure. Many thanks to Natalie Weiher and her great team!
