Very nice and comfortable. Great start and endless Options of activities. We are coming back, for sure.
Upon entering, the front desk was completely empty. No staff whatsoever. We had to wait a while for a staff member to finally come and check us in. The hotel is pretty big, but also empty to the point where it feels slightly uncomfortable. The room was average, nothing too special. The service at the restaurant is absolutely atrocious. Waitress slammed drinks down onto the table as if she was angry about something, and food took ages to arrive. Not worth it. Salmon was salty and dry. Breakfast was pretty gross too, definitely below expectations for a 4 star luxury hotel.
Overall, the hotel doesn’t deserve a 4 stars rating. Nice pool and nice location, but bad food and atrocious service. Wouldn’t come back to this hotel unless absolutely necessary.
What a great hotel, close to the biggest beach of Lagos. The staff is very nice and the place itself is wonderful.
Just spending a few days there and enjoy their wonderful breakfast with tasty pancakes freshly made.
We did walk from the hotel to the beach and it was very refreshing.
Wonderful SPA and heated swimming
Very noisy from de outside. Probably air conditioning machine noise. The beach is very windy
Rooms are nice. Swimming pool is perfect. Location is perfect.
Now 3 points that could improve the hotel experience completely.
1. Breakfast is not acceptable at all. Cold eggs and bacon. Begging for coffee is not acceptable.
2. Open the service at the swimming pool before 10:30. We are out at 8 and not possible to get anything until 10:30.
3. TVs in room need to be upgraded.
If those 3 things are improved, summer vacation experience at the hotel would be perfect. Starting the day with cold eggs, bacon and begging for coffee is a deadly mistake.
