1 CDH Hotel La Spezia

Amazing hotel with exceptional housekeepers. The breakfast is top notch and the location is pretty good. Only reservations are the abysmal wifi and the turtle like speed of the elevator.
2 Albergo delle Spezie

The only bad thing about this place is the beds. They felt like they were made of stacked cardboard, but we were tired enough from our travels in Cinque Terre that is didn’t matter. The people running the place are very friendly and accommodating of requests. The walk from the hotel to the central train station is nice in the mornings. Definitely recommend!
3 Albergo Teatro

Great place to stay ! Alice & Antonio are so nice and give great advice. If you're lucky enough, you may have a room with Chagall paintings and pictures of Truffaut.
5 Hotel Genova

Location, cleanliness, quiet, decent wifi. 15 minutes walk from train/bus station. Nice garden bar. Beside high end retail and restaurants. More or less this hotel fits short term stay.
6 San Giorgio Boutique Rooms

Charming, ideal for a couple. Super clean and beds are extremely comfortable
7 Affittacamere Quiet Night

Cosy and clean room, perfect location right in the middle of bars and restaurants. Walking distance to ferry and train station. 15 mins for free parking. Great host!
8 L'Approdo Dell'Ammiraglio

We had an amazing stay!
The room was very clean, perfect location, near to the harbour, near to the train station, great benefits offered (cheaper boat tickets, restaurant discounts,...).
Super nice owners, would definitely recommend
9 Ospitalità Insolita

Well located and decorated with attention to detail. Since new windows are installed you get nothing from the traffic.
10 The First - Luxury Rooms & Suites

We stayed there one night, which allowed us to take the boat over to Cinque Terre and take a walk around La Spezia and its shops and markets. The room is all new, very modern and the bathroom, all marble was amazing! It was all spotlessly clean and central. The only downside of our room was that there was no daylight, the window was facing walls, in a very, very tight and dark interior court. That's a shame for such a nice place but apparently the other rooms have more light. Laura was extremely welcoming. She came to pick us up at the train station, walked us through the town and showed us a couple of places to eat. All in all, we were not that comfortable because of the "dungeon" feeling due to the lack of light but all the rest was very appreciated!
11 Novecento Boutique Hotel

+ nice staff and breakfast
- broken shower and no toilet
Expensive price.
12 Lungomare Rooms and Charme

images
A beautiful place to stay when in La Spezia. The bus it at your doorstep, and the boats are a short walk away. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It was a little difficult to find at first as the signage for the accommodation is not noticeable. If you have luggage, you will have to carry your bag up the first flight of steps. The actual accommodation is located on the 3rd floor. Other than those small things, this is a great place to stay.
13 Atmosfere Guest House - Cinque Terre e La Spezia

images
Great place to stay When you are in La Spezia. Close to the city centre (end of the street) and a Five minute walk to the trainstation. We rented a private parking box with them located at the train station.
Check in is at a different location then the rooms (2 streets further). The staff was very kind at check in.
The room was nice. Quite small but it had everything we needed. The bathroom was also good but a bit moldy at Some places. We had a very cute little balcony that overlooked the street. The room was decorated in a marine-theme. But because the room was so small some items (decoration) we a bit to much and took in more space then nessecary.
14 Racconti di Mare - 5 Terre

Excellent service,Davide functioned as a concierge and he did a very good job at check-in going through numerous maps and answering any questions. He was also very accessible via WhatsApp through my trip for questions regarding restaurants or I can imagine anything else I might need. The two young ladies Iagoda, and Giulia provided excellent service at the breakfasts in the morning which were loaded with various types of delicious food and breakfasts cooked to order. Including freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee drinks made to order. My room was comfortable and had everything it needed can I including a refrigerator.
16 eva affittacamere

My fiancé and I stayed in a room at Eva’s for tow nights. All i can say is that it was a perfect stay. The room is beautifully decorated in a modern way. Super clean and very comfortable. The shower and bed are everything you’d wish for after a long day traveling/hiking. Eva is super kind, she was present to answer our messages during all our stay duration. Last but not least, the place is in the center of everything: footsteps to the train, to the main boulevard and attraction and to La Spezia’s port.
17 Affittacamere Le Camere Nel Corso

We had a very nice room with balcony. The bed was very nice, the bathroom very clean. Christina, the host, was lovely, one of the best hosts I have ever met. I recommend 100%. Very good value for money !
The place is about 10 minutes from a free parking (d'Armi) and 10 minutes from the train station, and also near good restaurants and shops, very useful !
We spent 3 nights to visit Cinque Terre, including 2 in Riomaggiore, but if I had discovered this place earlier, we would have been there all 3 nights.
18 Affittacamere Sweet Dreams

Really nice place to stay in La Spezia. The location is very good, close to the harbor, train station and the city center. The rooms are very nicely decorated and very clean. The host is very friendly and helps with information about the area.
19 Hotel NH La Spezia

Typical euro hotel. Small rooms, beds are sometimes two beds pushed together. Breakfast is good. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I quarantine here for two weeks and they worked with any issues I had
20 The Poet Hotel

In my opinion the best hotel in La Spezia. Friendly staff and luxurious rooms. 2 remarks tho: 1) The breakfast arrangement is not really efficient... Offering yoghurt but not providing spoons. Having to ask for orange juice instead of offering it ok the counter. Quite a small selection to choose from. 2) With a room at this pricepoint, one would think parking is provided at for free or for small fee. 25 euro's a night is seriously high I think.
