Decent room, but there's no elevator and you'll need to climb 6 flights of stairs. Best thing about it is the location, 1 min walk from La Spezia centrale.
City tax 5 euros, definitely exaggerated. Parking nonexistent (I went to the parking of the train station which is near but for a fee). The room is all new and renovated but you have to do 5 floors without a lift with steps that if you have a big foot you find it hard to go down as well as up. Price not really cheap
We stayed here 6 nights, great location for those of us who like to move around. We had a bedroom with a terrace, the only thing the bathroom outside the room was a bit inconvenient but still it was not a problem. Fifth floor without stairs a bit tiring. The owner very kind and helpful.
Simple but adequate rooms for just sleeping. More information about them is missing. It is a 5 ° without elevator. Outside rooms somewhat noisy.
