This hotel is a scam they publicized 77 euro per night I have bokked 2 nights for work, and immidiatly after I booked the hotel I receved very unplasent and unpolite messages on whatsapp saying that my booking can not be accepted and I have to pay double the price, or they will not refund me or cancel the bokking. I had to block the whatsapp number to stop being arresed. Be carefull stay away
"Style " over substance unfortunately. Pictures do not represent the reality. Rooms very small. Bathrooms, although 'pretty', are tiny. Shameful misrepresentation of reality. Don't bother. No safe, 'refrigerator' does not exist - instead it's a tiny 4 x 50ml bottle holder. Representative tried and was lovely but basic design let's the property down.
There was no TV or air conditioning. Silvia said they are broken. She put a portable air conditioning , but only for the first night. They took it away in the second night. It was so hot!
Se tried to contact by WhattsApp in the number given in the e-mail, but no response. The worst hotel experience I have eved had. I was also charged for breakfast that did not exist.
We stayed there one night, which allowed us to take the boat over to Cinque Terre and take a walk around La Spezia and its shops and markets. The room is all new, very modern and the bathroom, all marble was amazing! It was all spotlessly clean and central. The only downside of our room was that there was no daylight, the window was facing walls, in a very, very tight and dark interior court. That's a shame for such a nice place but apparently the other rooms have more light. Laura was extremely welcoming. She came to pick us up at the train station, walked us through the town and showed us a couple of places to eat. All in all, we were not that comfortable because of the "dungeon" feeling due to the lack of light but all the rest was very appreciated!
