Fantastic. Cheap, clean and very comfortable. The employee's who worked there were friendly and very helpful. We booked in late when we couldn't get back to our camp ground and left earlier then when they were open the next day. Both times they were friendly and accommodating to our needs. I would definitely go back here again.

+ Hosts really kind and helpful giving information and advices about the city. Big bed, clean room and air conditioning system. 10 minutes walking to the harbour. No noise coming from the street thanks to doubles windows.
- A bit "oldfashioned". Noisy from the inside. Beside a great coffee machine and cereals, breakfast is sadly not good (like croissant under plastic bags)
Nice owners, very clean rooms, decent prices (nice quality/price ratio) and good location in la Spezia!
