Reviews from visitors:
We had a very nice room with balcony. The bed was very nice, the bathroom very clean. Christina, the host, was lovely, one of the best hosts I have ever met. I recommend 100%. Very good value for money !
The place is about 10 minutes from a free parking (d'Armi) and 10 minutes from the train station, and also near good restaurants and shops, very useful !
We spent 3 nights to visit Cinque Terre, including 2 in Riomaggiore, but if I had discovered this place earlier, we would have been there all 3 nights.
Cristina and Giulia were great hosts, very considerate and attentive to all our needs. The rooms were AMAZING, clean, and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely come again.
Amazing place!! We loved our stay at this guest house. The owners Cristina and Giulia are wonderful and went out of their way to Make us feel welcomed. They gave us many tips on where do go out for food, what to see around la Spezia etc. The room was clean, modern and very big too! The service was outstanding; if we needed anything Cristina or Giulia were there for us- best place to stay in Italy and especially with our little baby. It was only a 10 minute walk to the train station, many cafes and restaurants near by. Also, there is a delicious gelato place right next to the guest house. thank you again, we truely wish we could have stayed longer.
Incredible hosts. Cristina and her daughter treated us like guests in their home.
Cleaned the rooms everyday with attention to detail and many personal touches, like providing a bowl for the strawberries I bought, came back to the room to see them placed in the bowl, our dirty clothes washed and hung in front of the heater, and still and sparkling water replaced in the mini fridge. The room had hair dryer, toiletries, kettle and tea/coffee and snacks. Bed was a bit squeaky but not uncomfortable, it's a central location so can be a little road noise, there's a bus stop right outside which can be handy. Just up from the fresh food markets. Cristina also provided recommendations for where to find the best pizza and frito misto, we even saw her having lunch in the same restaurant as us one day so you know she's recommending the best! And she arranged a taxi to and from the bus depot at short notice and after hours. Her daughter gave us detailed information on touring Cinque Terre, get a 2 day ticket, go to the furthest village and work your way back to La Spezia. The villages are very small and can be seen quite quickly, wear comfortable walking shoes and take water! And it's incredibly reasonably priced, cheaper than a lot of the places we looked at and the highest quality of hospitality. Book it, you won't regret it.
The room was clean, nice and small perfectly fitting our needs. Also the house lady was very very nice and helped us a lot. I recommend staying there!
Only minus the mirror in the room was a bit too low.
