We had an amazing stay!
The room was very clean, perfect location, near to the harbour, near to the train station, great benefits offered (cheaper boat tickets, restaurant discounts,...).

Perfect B&B in downtown La Spezia. We had a very pleasant stay, in a perfect situation in the very center of the city. Rooms are clear, well organized and perfectly clean, every detail is taken care of!
The owner, Ilaria, is very helpful to choose good plans and trips in the region, I strongly recommend this pace as a perfect base to discover the most beautiful part of Liguria, including the Cinque Terre villages and the Golfo Dei Poeti !
We had e very nice stay. The appartment is very nice, close to the harbor and city center. The property-owners responded quickly to our demands and kindly provided us what we requested.
We enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, very nice and bright. Perfect location 10 minutes from the station and 5 minutes from the port, close to a pedestrian area where you can find everything you need (bars, restaurants, bus stops, groceries, shops). The accommodation has an agreement with some restaurants and means of transport on which you have a small discount. Ilaria and Mariastella are very kind and super available all day for advice on where to go and how to get around. Very good typically Italian breakfast at the bar (vegan option too).
We will definitely be back!
Very comfortable and spacious room. Too essential even monastic furniture. It would be really easy to reach a top rating with 1 extra chair, 1 desk with some drawers, more hangers in the closet and outside and a shelf in the bathroom ... good job
