Great place to stay When you are in La Spezia. Close to the city centre (end of the street) and a Five minute walk to the trainstation. We rented a private parking box with them located at the train station.
Check in is at a different location then the rooms (2 streets further). The staff was very kind at check in.
The room was nice. Quite small but it had everything we needed. The bathroom was also good but a bit moldy at Some places. We had a very cute little balcony that overlooked the street. The room was decorated in a marine-theme. But because the room was so small some items (decoration) we a bit to much and took in more space then nessecary.
Had a very pleasant stay at this guest house. The room was great and fully equipped with AC, TV, safe box, fridge, coffee maker, etc. The building is modern with an elevator.
The best option to go to Cinque Terre from La Spezia.
Great find! Close to downtown and the train station - very comfortable. Service was fantastic! Would stay here again. Enjoyed Prosecco on the patio this morning.
A really great stay here, well worth the money we paid. The main office isn’t actually at the guest house so you’ll need to arrange to meet with them to receive the keys. We arrived quite late in the evening so the staff arranged for everything to be in a secure place when we arrived. Everything was clean and well equipped- breakfast was included by way of vouchers we could use at different coffee houses. Fridge was stocked and apartment was serviced every single day. There is also a supermarket next door which is very convenient.
Stayed for a night here, check in was easy, room was really clean and equipped with all the things needed.
