Excellent service,Davide functioned as a concierge and he did a very good job at check-in going through numerous maps and answering any questions. He was also very accessible via WhatsApp through my trip for questions regarding restaurants or I can imagine anything else I might need. The two young ladies Iagoda, and Giulia provided excellent service at the breakfasts in the morning which were loaded with various types of delicious food and breakfasts cooked to order. Including freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee drinks made to order. My room was comfortable and had everything it needed can I including a refrigerator.
Absolutely perfect hosts, veery helpful. Delicious breakfast with perfect cook. In city centre, old building. Only problem is lack of AC
We stayed two nights and it's perfectly located in the walking street. They have 5 rooms with a different story and theme (from the sea). Very friendly staff.
People working there where very helpful. Just didnt like the lack of a/c or screens in the windows to keep bugs out.
FANTASTICOOO !!!!! We were in the so-called "siren" room, beautiful is an understatement.
Starting from the reception of Davide who waited for us in the nearby street and accompanied us to the parking lot. Always available, as well as the two girls (sorry but I don't remember the names) of the breakfast.
Varied breakfast with a wide choice from sweet to savory. Very central location, we never used the car. If I go back to La Spezia I will definitely come back here! Thanks for everything.
