A beautiful place to stay when in La Spezia. The bus it at your doorstep, and the boats are a short walk away. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It was a little difficult to find at first as the signage for the accommodation is not noticeable. If you have luggage, you will have to carry your bag up the first flight of steps. The actual accommodation is located on the 3rd floor. Other than those small things, this is a great place to stay.
A lovely stay. The location is very good ( 15 from the train station / 5 minutes to the port and right in the center ). The host is friendly and helpful. The rooms have new furniture and everything you need.
Great inner city apartment. Easy to get around

we were here tonight just passing through, but would never stay. in 4 a suffocating room and non-functioning air conditioning. a shit. all smoke no fire. pesdimo would say.
