Reviews from visitors:
Me and my family spent 2 days at this hotel.
Although the furniture wasn’t great ( 80’s style I think ) the hotel rooms / lobby were sparkling clean even the curtains smelled good .
My husband room smelled a bit of cigarette but I guess if people are doing things against the rules by smoking inside or perhaps with the balcony door open this is nothing to do with the hotel organisation. Perhaps they can install a smoke detector? Or make more clear to the guest to not smoke inside the rooms ?
The staff were very kind and helpful some more than others but it is usually like this wherever I go.
We had our bikes and we cycled to the city centre which wasn’t far away.
Overall I can definitely say whoever is behind the direction of this hotel put lots of love and care and I would recommend this place.
Thank you
Okay for a quick stop in La Spezia but nothing more.
Not sure how this is rated as a four star hotel.
Location is not ideal, but via bus it's manageable.
Atmosphere during breakfast was really hectic and the noise was annoying (due to Corona measures).
Receptionists are really friendly though.
We got our room and it was dirty (lot of hairs in the bathroom) the air conditioning was not working, so they gave us another room, which was also slightly dirty, but everything worked. The location is not very good, but it offers free parking. The complementary breakfast was not so good, as there is not much variety and the scrambled eggs were terrible.
The staff were very kind
The staff is really very friendly and very nice.
And they are always here to help.
The hotel is a little bit old but comfortable and clean.
I recomand this Hotel and will book there if I come back.
Very very good
