it was a not good exoerience! the room was very small and not really confortable! it is at the first floor, not normal for an hotel, more similar to a b&b and finally the price is too expensive for such accomodation!
TERRIBLE
Worst experience ever. When we got there they didn't open the door or pick up the phone. After half an hour, when finally in, they said we were 3 minutes late for check-in time, so we were badly kicked out, without any solution. We had to sleep in the car, and were never given our money back.
The only bad thing about this place is the beds. They felt like they were made of stacked cardboard, but we were tired enough from our travels in Cinque Terre that is didn’t matter. The people running the place are very friendly and accommodating of requests. The walk from the hotel to the central train station is nice in the mornings. Definitely recommend!
This is their first week and they are doing a fantastico job. The basic needs for any traveller are well met and we had two remarkably comfortable nights in a place that just feels good. Well priced in a very convenient location.
