Fantastic hotel! Great, friendly and knowledgeable people. You can go wrong with any of their recommendations. Great rooms, secure onsite parking, steps away from the central plaza and all the amenities. Definitely would come back!
Excellent location blocks from downtown cafes, restaurants, shopping centers, Cathedral, La Recova. Also close to local buses that will take you to the beach or to Vicuña or Pisco Elqui. John the English/Spanish speaking owner is very helpful, his staff arrange a tour bus to pick us up from the hotel to the astronomy observatory. The room and bathroom was kept very clean with daily change of crisp clean towels. It has a beautiful Spanish garden in the center with plants, flowers and chairs. We enjoyed staying here.
Terrible attention from its owner. I stayed for work and had to leave very early. He made it difficult for me to go out at that time ... problems for breakfast. He mistreated me verbally without even speaking to him. I did not leave towels in the room. I greeted him cordially every time he arrived in the afternoon, and he didn't even look at me, let alone say hi. I just wanted me to leave ... and claimed that it was just opening after a long period closed due to a pandemic
Modest hotel .. Very good service .. Very clean located in the center of La Serena
