Owners have zero integrity.
Booked this place seven months ahead of time, based on pictures and reviews, knowing that the city would fill up for the 2019 eclipse. The owner cancelled it five weeks before the reservation time, quoting unfortunate “structural problems causing them to close”. He offered a room at a motel in Coquimbo for the same price in exchange, definitely incomparable, leaving us scrambling to find a place in a much more difficult environment.
Writing this review sitting across the street from it, and they are very much open, receiving guests (who likely simply offered them more money).
Bad place, the windows were missing a glass in addition to the treatment of the horribly prepote lady in addition to almost having a curfew of its own since it can only be reached until 12 am
comfortable, quiet and central. The attention of Mrs. Angela is very cordial and pleasant, she lacked only a little heat for the coldest nights, in relation price-quality is fine
When we arrived I was like 10 minutes playing without anyone answering, one of my bags disappeared from the room, and when it appeared it was missing a perfume and a strip with my daughter's colets, when we left we asked to speak with the owner, but it did not arrive. If I give him two stars, it's because of the attention that he had glory with my daughter. I would not go back.
