Reviews from visitors:
This is the latest Dormy Inn hotel in Zaimokucho, which has been a vacant lot for a long time, near Kyoto Station. Please note that it is just behind the inn of Dormi Inkout Hanabusa, and it is easy to make a mistake in the navigation settings.
The parking lot is in the basement, but only a very small number can be parked, so please book the hotel together when booking. There is a white line so that you can park two cars in one block, probably because of a design mistake, but in reality you are told to park one car at a time. Is the distance between the pillars narrow?
It is a building with a narrow frontage and a long depth, like a large townhouse. When I entered the building, I had to put my shoes in the lower leg box like a super public bath and walk around the tatami mat without shoes, but I was not worried because it was very beautiful and well-cleaned. Those who are interested can rent slippers at the front desk.
Front staff Many of the hotel staff are young, and I feel that the operating company has an extraordinary determination for this hotel series, and I like it. After seeing how hard they were dealing with visitors, I was keen to see them gaining experience in management during this difficult time and taking on the role of the next-generation tourism industry.
I think the highlight is the hot spring ♨️. You can take a bath from 15:00 to the next morning, and you can relax in the sauna as well as in the lukewarm water. You can heal the tiredness of your trip in the two-story bathroom. This is a new generation hotel with tatami mats in all rooms, and you can stay at a reasonable price, so if you are going to Kyoto, please choose it. You can choose as much as you like for dinner as it is within walking distance to Kyoto Station.
It is a quality business hotel of a hot spring inn.
First of all, I was surprised at the welcome fruit.
There are many types of hot springs, and there is a free mini ice cream and a water server at the hot springs.
There were also 3 massage chairs.
I didn't meet in secret, and my body was loosened and healed very much.
I don't think breakfast is as good as a hot spring inn.
Seafood bowl and salmon salad, raw fu skin, yuba, oyster gratin ,,
There are not many types of sweetness such as roasted green tea pudding and raw chocolate, but is this dinner? It was a quality like that.
In addition, as a measure against infection, the small plate is sealed with a plastic lid.
I think the staff is troublesome, but thanks to you, I was able to eat with confidence.
The soba noodles at night were also light and delicious.
It's a hotel you want to use when you want to relax.
I will definitely visit you again.

A large hotel located about a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station. I've stayed at Nono in Asakusa, but the scale was completely different, and there was even ice cream in Monaka. For breakfast, there was also white rice from Gihey 8th generation and pickles from Gion Kawakatsu, which was very delicious. It's just opened, so everywhere in the building is clean and comfortable. However, it is too large to walk quite a bit before reaching the room. Next time I will request a room near the elevator w
I wish I had a vending machine, a microwave oven, and an ice machine on each floor if possible.
There are two coin-operated laundry machines, one for women only and one for men and women, and I was relieved that the women-only laundromat was supposed to open and close the door with a PIN. Since there are many types of bathtubs in the large communal bath, it was very good that there were times when it was reserved.
Even if you stay consecutive nights, the breakfast menu may change daily, so I think there is no problem even if you stay for a long time. I've stayed at Dormy Inn here and there, but Nono's level is still high.
The public bath is the largest of the other Dormy Inn hotels. I was surprised that the large communal bath was divided into two floors in the bathroom. I'm glad that there is a shower head of "ReFa FINE BUBBLE" and I just wanted to try it out. I thought it would be good to think of the hotel as an opportunity to try out home appliances and various products.
There are many items to choose from for breakfast, and I was looking forward to the next day's breakfast even if I stayed consecutive nights. I'm glad.
I brought a suitcase with casters, but it was good that the staff wiped the casters at the front door. (Since shoes are strictly prohibited inside the building, it is a consideration not to bring in dirt from the outside.)
What was disappointing was what happened at the breakfast venue on Sunday. It seems that the guests were talking about the meal, the conversation was noisy, and they couldn't enjoy the meal calmly. It's a time of the year, so when you take off your mask and eat, please refrain from talking or be modest. (Do you want to put out the mark issued by the government at the entrance?)
