The rooms are very clean and have just been renovated. The beds are very comfortable. Staff are friendly and can speak English well. Great location near the subway and tourist spots. Recommended for travellers who want to go sightseeing and get a good rest. I will stay here again!

One of my favourite hotels in Kyoto. Room are spacious enough for guests. Cleaning and hospitality of staffs are perfect. I am sure you will never be frustated because of their services from this hotel. Even staying room, cleaing staffs will clean and manage like a quite new room. Location is accessible which is near attraction places. I strongly recommend this hotel is a great one for guests who want to enjoy ans feel comfortable while they are staying. Note! this is not 4/5 star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me.
