It was a little underwhelming when I first arrived.
I was expecting:
- table and chair
- fridge
- coffee and tea
Comfortable beds and pillows - yes
I got everything on my list except for the table and chair.
So it's a pretty decent boutique hotel with some limited parking spaces.
Overall I'm ok with the hotel.
Would definitely come back and stay again.
Great location in KL, so close and central to everything! Facilities are nice and new, very welcoming staff makes this a hotel I'd definitely come back to!!
Perfect location if you want to enjoy nightlife. Rooms are cozy although u should travel light as there is no wardrobe. But its worth every money spent. Might book this hotel if im coming to bukit bintang again
The room was cozy and comfy. The shower was amazing. The hotel lobby was beautiful. Only one feedback, the cocktails we had at the swimming club were not as what we expected as the taste were a little blend. Other than that, it was an awesome 2 nights getaway in the city! Will definitely stay again.
Definitely a worth stay in Gold3 Hotel! Friendly staff, prime location, clean room and very nice camera museum! Although the room size was a bit small, but it's okay for 2 person to stay. Room stay with this price, what should I expected more? :0
Room 109 are so comfortable. Big bed with 4 pillow. Nice deco with flowers and the bad sheet red colour. The bathroom attached with round bath tub and very clean. It come with breakfast and the food is simple but very nice and delicious. Plus i give 5 star to the staff because they are very concern and friendly with guests. " How's the food?, how's your stay?, anything do you need?" Awesome staff. Definitely will come back next round.
Staff and location are what I love most bout this place. Excellent choice and value for money. Definitely the place for me when I'm next in KL. Staff working here are just efficiently trained and committed in their work. From those standing at the entrance, reception, coffeehouse, room service, awesome. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one despite the strict SOP in place. Well done.
Excellent service and friendly staff. The rooms are modern and very luxurious. Very spacious too. The highlights are the views and the in house restaurant and bar offers great views of the KL city scape. Food isn't too bad as well. Drinks at the bar are reasonably priced considering the type of location.
Fabulous hotel. Good food, nice rooms, super friendly and helpful staff, great value. What else could you hope for? Took them up on their "it's a date with Kampachi" (their Japanese restaurant) promo and had a really enjoyable one night stay. Wish it could have been longer because it was all so nice. World class hotel.
