Room 109 are so comfortable. Big bed with 4 pillow. Nice deco with flowers and the bad sheet red colour. The bathroom attached with round bath tub and very clean. It come with breakfast and the food is simple but very nice and delicious. Plus i give 5 star to the staff because they are very concern and friendly with guests. " How's the food?, how's your stay?, anything do you need?" Awesome staff. Definitely will come back next round.
this hotel very scary outside for parking, surounding area to scary with development other unit near to hotel. u will thing more than usual if park your car for 1 night. but, this hotel very nice, very good, super to me as family travel on business. recomended to all traveler to stay at this hotel if u are not park your car at they parking lot open and scary.
It was a blind booking blinded by almost 80% off the actual price (I saved RM300 for this booking).
Pros :
1) a nice thematic boutique hotel
2) a very nice kind of cool hotel mixed with a very dimmed ambience (was amazed by their hotel lobby)
3) a very helpful and friendly lady at the front desk (helped me with the directions)
Cons :
1) the location is confusing and the possibilities of you will be dropped by or arrive at the wrong hotel is high
2) you will get that '18 sx' feel for the first time after you visit the hotel
3) for a walkers, especially during the night time, please be extra careful when you are using the excess (route) to the hotel (you will passing by the very rundown buildings and old homes
Clean, friendly staff and good staying experience...
Surrounding of the hotel was terrible. Front desk was poor and I was completely ignored. Room condition was acceptable and bed was not comfortable. However, I was surprised by the good hospitality offered by the restaurant. Food served was far beyond my expectation.
