loved everything about this hotel! The rooms were clean, beds were extremely comfortable, food was great but most importantly, the staff were amazing. Loved 1 night stay here and would definitely return back! not forgetting the city which is absolutely beautiful .Highly recommended staycation.
There were Chinese men and women cleaning staff, but after their cleaning my precious belongings in the room were gone.
The scenery was good and new. It's too expensive except for the half-price sale.small room. All the guys at the reception staff are inexperienced part-timers and unfriendly and silent poker faces.
The receptionist women is the same+ moreover just Hysterical, aggressive, arrogant and unkind. Most guests are just for the couple to enjoy for a short time. Mostly only the parking lot

It's a amazing hotel.
Service is absolutely horrible - had to wait 1 our for food and staff forgot the drinks order made by us. imagine the worst service you had in a mamak, four points is WORSE.
If you happen to drive a nice car, don't bother going here, the ramps to parking are way to steep and you are sure to scrape (if its a performance vehicle, say goodbye to your bumper), and valet is pretty much non existent.
