The best boutique hotel I’ve ever been. Staff so friendly & helpful. Low density hotel for a staycation. The toiletries, oh man, i swear 5-star hotel can’t even provide you these high quality toiletries. I give 555 stars! Excellent job. Big love to this hotel
Beautiful interior design, every corner of the hotel is beautifully decorated. it looks industrial. Something different from the ordinary hotels. The outdoor pool area is also beautiful for photography sessions.
Super friendly staff. Parking is quite narrow and even hotel guest has to pay for parking.
There's a restaurant Monroe within the hotel, food are tasty but pricey.
Very cosy and aesthetically pleasing. In the City room I stayed in, it was about 250+ per night which I believe is worth the price and experience you're getting. They served complimentary Malaysian traditional snacks. If you're looking to splurge on a fancy dinner, the Monroe restaurant in the hotel serves a spread of delicious cuisine. Prices are >RM30 so keep that in mind.
5/5, just excellent. Welcoming but not over engaging. Convenient location, cozy room! The design is really unique too, city industrial vibes blend with greeneries and nyonya heritage surroundings. Will definitely come back!

Yesterday was raining day. The hotel staff help us to get in the car by protect us with umbrella even we are not stay n dine in there. Staff also allow us to snap a photo.we are appreciated that.
