Pros: Clean room, comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower! Awesome after a tiring day! Very artsy minimalist deco. Many instagrammable corners. Love the creative copywriting.
Cons: parking is a real challenge. Although the staff did explain to us where to park, but left out the detail on validating our parking ticket. (Despite we asking twice about parking details)End up we were charged RM51 for about 17hrs parking. (Bummer!) We returned at 11.45am to our rooms to retrieve our luggage to check out just to find that the key cards were not functioning. We had to go down, queue, back up again to take our luggage. And repeat. Check out is at noon, so I'm not sure why we were locked out before that. ☹️ (We would've checked out on time if key cards were working )
Conclusion: it's a nice stay. but improvements can be made to make the experience more welcoming. Thanks anyway!
New version of Tune Hotel downtown. Less one star is because of the outside street or traffic light environment here which is SUPER Noisy at night. Even they do provide u ears plug. But overall staying in this hotel is fun especially the double deck room and we do enjoy our stay with friendly staff here.
LOVE THIS PLACE! ❤️ went for a short staycation during a MOMO-OKE event, event was fun and the stay was super cute! FYI, there is good Thai food and the original Chilli Pan Mee stores are right across the street, please do check it out on your Google map too! Definitely recomending this to all my friends Hope the hotel keeps it up!
Everything is fine and good , friendly staffs and chill environment. Shoutout to the instagrammable design of the hotel . The only cons is the rempits at midnight , nothing but a real sound pollution. But overall it’s worth to have a return . I would go back again for sure . Thank you momo!
