As always The Ruma is breathtaking. Their services are impeccable and the staffs are really friendly and go about their way to cater to your needs as guest. Their check in check out timing is definitely one of the best features together with the design and the beautiful interior of the hotel.
I will always come back here since this has now become my RuMa.
Love love love this place. Second time here and their hospitality and the interiors never ceased to amaze me. Great place for staycation and worth every penny especially with their 24 hours check in and check out and buffet is yummy..
My family and I had a stay over the weekend here and their promotion was really good so thought of giving it a try.
To our pleasant surprise, it was a wonderful experience. We came with our 1 year old son and informed beforehand to prepare a baby cot. They went above and beyond to provide additional bathtub and potty for our son.
Love the sleek and elegant design of the interior. Everything was carefully designed and thought through.
Breakfast was really good too! They offer in-room service or dine in at ATAS (restaurant) during the weekend.

Their services are fast and excellent! I had an unfortunate event where my booking through agoda was not in their booking system. The staff at reception counter managed it fast. I love it staying here! Staff named kiky been helpful and assist me very well! Kudos to the team! And Thank you! Will definitely come again
Nothing to complain about. Breakfast in the room was great. Felt very fancy, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
One of the BEST things was the 24hr flexible check-in/check-out.
I didn't see this on other reviews or the site, basically we set our check-in beforehand to be 3pm. When we got there, they informed us our checkout time was 4pm the next day! So literally we had 25 hours.
Usually in hotels it feels really short cause you need to checkout by noon the next day. By the time you makan and pack it's a bit rushed the next day. But our stay felt really relaxing and chill. Not rushed at all
