The place was nice and cold on a hot afternoon. But the high tea set is just so so. Definitely too sweet for my taste buds. Skip the high tea and just be there for the atmosphere and drinks.

room is spacious with bath tubs and will definitely come again.
My friend said the three course is no enough for her on her last visit. Therefore today we ordered 5-course dinner and pair with alcohol drinks. The price is $$$$$. Great service and comfy place to catch up with friends.
Absolutely beautiful experience staying W. I had a super fun and relaxing weekend. The bed and pillows are so comfy, great service and hospitality. I asked for plastic bottles to be removed and they gave me a jug with water which I can request for refills at any time. Made reservations at the restaurant with much ease. Wet Deck is amazing - quite small pool and can get crowded now with COVID concerns but the bar with KLCC view is priceless.
A great hotel. Its a nice place to stay wih good location. Nearby many shopping malls and Nearest to the Shopping Hub.
