Nice view
Actually one star i also don't wanna give, because is very bad service. Wall look dirty, pillows dirty like yellow ewww.. & Feeling of blackmail, because Management said towel dirty need to charge us RM30, Mattress didn't put back the place also need to charge RM30, but the lamp cover is already spoil before we check in, n said we're spoil it.. also need to charge RM200. Ask the manager for theory, but he doesn’t come out. Let all customer wasting time to check out and waitingggggg.. I swear never come this hotel again
I want to give 0 star rating but its unavailable, here are my fews complaints for room D31-7
1) pillow so dirty
2) bedroom mattress so dirty
3) toilet door cant lock
4) tv no channel to watch
5) your workers want to charge me for just relocate the foldable mattress back to storage are ?
6) your workers are want me to pay for the used towel ?
You charge about 400 but not included housekeeping even a single toothbrush you also couldn’t provide.
Your existing equipment functionality didn’t check your self & you want to charge our deposit after we check out ?
room was big and spacious with microwave and washing machine.my only disappointment was the TV.I could not imagine the tv function was dependent on Wifi！come on,u can put a simple tv booster for that.i hope the owner could take this into account.otherwise,it is an enjoyable stay
