Chic, sexy, and contemporary space. Love the little details to the decor that make The Chow Kit moody and sophisticated.
Very clean with excellent service. Room was small, but well done. Despite staying in a high traffic area, the room was insulated really well so we can't hear any traffic outside (big plus for a light sleeper like me)! Sam at reception who catered to us was very informative and helpful. While our bartender Amir was warm, funny and taught us about their special cocktails.
We ran into minor issues such as coffee ordered to the room needed reminding, and water dispenser on the floor wasn't working - but as soon as we informed Sam, he quickly resolved the issue.
Staying under their Stay and Dine package was well worth the value. Looking forward to next time!
Currently my favorite go-to hotel! The attention to details is amazing and the ambiance is very classy and retro. The only inconvenience is the rooms, The Den and the King Den are extremely small and pricey and the lack of amenities in the room (no coffee/tea/cups/kettle/iron board...etc) But all other rooms are perfect to stay in and have plenty of space (and a great city view). The staff are extremely kind and helpful and the cleanliness is impeccable! Would definitely stay here again.
Love the retro vibe that the hotel gave! Giving it 4/5 star because we asked for an iron & iron board and never got it, the aircond was quite noisy and they have very limited parking space, we went out 3 times and each time we had to park at different places but besides these little missteps everything else was great! The little cafe/bar is amazing, one of the best breakfast and coffee I’ve had. Would definitely come back for a quick getaway in kl!
It's an amazing stay .. from check in to check out my experience is awesome. I stay at room 402 and the room is clean and comfortable. As a single traveler, this hotel is a perfect place to stay around KL. thumbs up for the great hospitality. I wish I can stay again and travel back to Kuala Lumpur
A nice little tribute to our colonial heritage, you can see it through the architecture and interior. Decent floor staff with attentive bartenders. All items are Reasonably priced. Ambience is nice with dim lighting and early 2000's r&b/hip hop playing. Could be more careful with the food, the cucuk udang was drenched in oil but it could just be me. Valet service could help solve the parking issues. Reservation is advised. I Don't mind coming back again.
