I really love the overall of the room design. Exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Very good shower water pressure. The view from the swimming pool at 25th pool are breathtaking. I am quite surprised with the price with the amenities in the room provided. I would love to come again and recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Good job to the hotel management..
(March 2021) I’m not sure if the reviews in Google and Agoda described the current hotel or Red By Sirocco because I find the Management of current hotel (Red By Sirocco) requires a LOT of improvement. This is definitely NOT a 4-star hotel, not even 3-star in my opinion. We booked a 3D2N stay in this hotel, upon arriving at the hotel, the customer would have to call a number printed on a paper pasted on the counter. There is no one at the reception/counter to welcome guests. The room is basic and some hotel amenities provided. The bedsheet and pillow sheets have some light stains. There is no daily housekeeping (like what you get in a hotel), you would need to call and request for housekeeping if you want one. When we called the number (a few times) to request for house-keeping, there was no one answering the call.
Parking is in front of the hotel but guests would have to pay RM10 per day.
The hotel is within walking distance to some nice restaurants and cafes nearby. It is also within walking distance to Quill City Mall and Dang Wangi LRT.
This is definitely our last stay in the hotel. However, having said that, if you’re on a work trip, and would like to stay in somewhat central KL, and just need a simple basic room for few nights, you may find this hotel acceptable (in your own terms).
Poor service. Parking need to pay RM 10 per day. Take room with breakfast included but they only give cheap breakfast that they buy from outside. Expecting more from a 4 star hotel. No housekeeping and poor hotel service.
Very nice hotel with many room types. Walking distance to KL Monorail and MRT stantions.
Attracted by the beautiful mural on tall building of this hotel. Heard there is a bistro with nice view on top of this hotel,definitely will visit and recommend my friends form oversea to this hotel. Very convenient location, near to Lrt & monorail KL beside, it surrounded with many eatries and serene surrounding.
