Yes nice view, big room, clean, good location and great hospitality at the door. BUT, the house keeping is very very bad. I stayed here as a guest of a local university that booked for me. I went to the reception at 730am to ask for a toothbrush, and he said (730am, 4/12/2020), that it is upon request. Yes, i said I am requesting now. He said they will deliver it to my room. I asked them to just leave it on my door, as I was taking a briskwalk and shall be back by 8.00am. Sadly, nothing was left outthere. 8.05 I called the operator asking about the tooth brush; promised to deliver. At 835am I called again, this time the reception and still asking for the toothbrush. And at the moment i am typing this note, it is 850am, no tooth brush coming and I am going out for a meeting. Should have bought one when I passed the seven eleven next door. What a service. Its a small matter perhaps for the hotel, but small matters count. By the way, the phone line is not working; and hot shower is slow too. And I got the tooth brush at 855am.
Wasn't the best experience. Maybe due to the pandemic, they are functioning with the lowest budget. So I wont comment that much
But I must highlight how strategic the place is. Walking distance to Kg Baru's food street and near to the Saloma's bridge. And you are just few km away from the all the popular streets in KL

Excellent service, everything is neat and proper. You'll get free parking service if you stays overnight.
Iron with iron board is provided but very very wonky . I spent a good 15 minutes of laughing at the board. And the hot water takes ages to get hot. It's all fine tho.
Be aware of the eerie flickering light on the hallway of the rooms (level 17). I had some wild imagination going around my head at 1st . Hope they can fix it properly.
The elevator is another story. Once, I waited almost 10 minutes for the elevator to come. I seriously hope for a better service on this part soon.
Buffet was excellent, you'd have plenty of food to select from and the taste is pretty okay. I really love that they have coffee machine in the dining hall.
The pool view is amazing, you can see Petronas twin tower and basically the KL city from there and the pool design was really pretty.
It's a good place to wind down, kampung baharu for foodies is literally down the street, but the traffic jam is horrible.
Will I stay here again? maybe. I can't stand the traffic jam.
Will I bring my family or friends here? Maybe, again for the same reason (traffic jam).
Will I recommend anyone to stay? Big yes. They provide excellent & fast service. You won't see a long waiting line considering the amount of people staying. It's quite a crowd during my stay, maybe because it's weekends. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the services.
Strategic location. Easy access by public transport. Nice view. Hotel that practice Islamic concept e.g separate the swimming pool for men n women.
Bad experience stay here... We stayed in Suite Room but very unlucky because cockroaches everywhere in the room. More than 8 cockroaches in hall, kitchen, bedroom and also in bathroom. Bad house keeping and bad service too. I called receptionist 3 times and wait for 1 hour to get house keeper in. They should change our room but only come to spray the cockroaches at 12 am..... We slept with the bad smell of aerosol.... First ever found cockroaches in hotel room in my life even stayed at no star hotel doesn't experienced this such thing. Very bad...... One more thing, the room also not like we expected, can't say it 4 star hotel room. Broken floor in living room also.... First and last to stay here. Not anymore.....
