the good thing there is the staff. They are all very friendly.
But the problem is the room is very small, And my bed sheets was not clean.
I had a terrible night as my neighbor next door are very noisy at 2am?
And when we try to call the room service, they did come and approach the neighbor but it happen again. They were laughing so loud.
The problem is that the room are small and the room from each room are very near. it become a problem when you have a noisy neighbor.
Nestled in the hustle and bustle of the big city is a little gem covered in greenery. The rooms are comfortable and well kept, the staff are friendly and helpful.
Also, the hotel is strategically located - there are multiple cafes & restaurants around and there's an LRT station within walking distance.
Good service. Nice place to stay. Good budget. Car park. And clean!
We booked the forest view room but the window that facing the KL eco park is dirty so we can't see anything as in the picture.
I read that we will get tea and coffee in the room, but we only had 1 coffee, 6 creamers, and 4 sugars. Haha
I think they also never clean the fridge, you can see it in the picture too.
When we just arrived, I opened the bathroom and it smelled like someone smoked there before (it's non smoking hotel), I called the reception asked them at least to spray with air freshener, they said someone will come to our room to do that, but noone came. Also the smell of the dust in the room. Looks like they didn't clean it thoroughly. I'm a bit disappointed with the hotel services.
The hotel is easy to find and the staff is super friendly, if you need a place to lay after a busy day at work or just a place to spend the night. This is the place you looking for.
