Staff and location are what I love most bout this place. Excellent choice and value for money. Definitely the place for me when I'm next in KL. Staff working here are just efficiently trained and committed in their work. From those standing at the entrance, reception, coffeehouse, room service, awesome. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one despite the strict SOP in place. Well done.
Nice hotel.. Nice room.... Thank for the simple bday deco...worth to come back again with strategic location... My view, breakfast has not many variety.. not to my expectation.

There says its( item) if one can accept..
No burger, no ceaser salad, cha kuaw tiow,
Fish and chips... also there says its finish..
I also confused it is hotel or... I ordered around 11.pm...
Management pls check it...with your chef tq..
My absolute favorite hotel in the Golden Triangle right now. Great rooms, reasonably priced, super friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfasts and it's just next door to Pavilion Mall
