Short one day stay while running around PJ. Good ambience and staffs there very helpful and courteous :) Room was more then adequate for my short stay. Good location and easy to move around. Would stay again :)
The room was cozy and comfy. The shower was amazing. The hotel lobby was beautiful. Only one feedback, the cocktails we had at the swimming club were not as what we expected as the taste were a little blend. Other than that, it was an awesome 2 nights getaway in the city! Will definitely stay again.
Definitely a worth stay in Gold3 Hotel! Friendly staff, prime location, clean room and very nice camera museum! Although the room size was a bit small, but it's okay for 2 person to stay. Room stay with this price, what should I expected more? :0
Stepping into this boutique hotel is like stepping back in time of old grand Shanghai. Everything from the choice of music, to the cutlery, and the furnishings it is like another world of its own. Although I was a bit bumped that they didn't have an on site parking, they had awesome staff. Elder especially was so helpful. He's the reception, the housekeeping, and also the F&B manager. Very clean with excellent service. Room was small, but well done. Despite staying in a high traffic area, the room was insulated really well so we can't hear any traffic outside (big plus for a light sleeper like me)! Sam at reception who catered to us was very informative and helpful. While our bartender Amir was warm, funny and taught us about their special cocktails.
We ran into minor issues such as coffee ordered to the room needed reminding, and water dispenser on the floor wasn't working - but as soon as we informed Sam, he quickly resolved the issue.
Staying under their Stay and Dine package was well worth the value. Looking forward to next time!
The best boutique hotel I’ve ever been. Staff so friendly & helpful. Low density hotel for a staycation. The toiletries, oh man, i swear 5-star hotel can’t even provide you these high quality toiletries. I give 555 stars! Excellent job. Big love to this hotel
Room 109 are so comfortable. Big bed with 4 pillow. Nice deco with flowers and the bad sheet red colour. The bathroom attached with round bath tub and very clean. It come with breakfast and the food is simple but very nice and delicious. Plus i give 5 star to the staff because they are very concern and friendly with guests. " How's the food?, how's your stay?, anything do you need?" Awesome staff. Definitely will come back next round.
New version of Tune Hotel downtown. Less one star is because of the outside street or traffic light environment here which is SUPER Noisy at night. Even they do provide u ears plug. But overall staying in this hotel is fun especially the double deck room and we do enjoy our stay with friendly staff here.
You can’t find any hotel that providing coffee machine in every level of the room...also 4 big bottle mineral water in the room.. I have to admit this is one of the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Definitely will stay here again and again..very cozy and privacy. Before I stay here and read some of the review saying about parking fee.. you know what? Just stay here and pay RM5 per day is not a bit matter after your experience this hotel. It’s really worth it.. and I have to admit the bed really good..super good. Overall i give 9/10, breakfast meal..need to improve..a bit. But I really happy staying here..Well done, Alila :)
value for money. super helpful and friendly service staff. huge dinner platter. fully functional gym. great view from the rooftop pool but the rooftop bar was closed tho. stayed for 2 nights on our short anniversary staycation. thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. we walk to the city centre with ease and took grab everywhere when we are feeling too lazy
As always The Ruma is breathtaking. Their services are impeccable and the staffs are really friendly and go about their way to cater to your needs as guest. Their check in check out timing is definitely one of the best features together with the design and the beautiful interior of the hotel.
I will always come back here since this has now become my RuMa.
Price is pretty good compare to other in district. You can do relax on the top floor. Breakfast is included that not so fancy so far. Quite basic. Many for most muslim
Liked the design and architecture of the place. Nice cafe and sky deck. I took a 26 hour staycation at thinker two but the room was a bit dirty. Upgraded to dreamer one plus for 150 extra which is more or less the rent of the room.
Service can be improved but overall good experience
loved everything about this hotel! The rooms were clean, beds were extremely comfortable, food was great but most importantly, the staff were amazing. Loved 1 night stay here and would definitely return back! not forgetting the city which is absolutely beautiful .Highly recommended staycation.
The hotel is so cozy and comfortable. The toilet and bedroom is very tidy and clean. Do recommend this hotel. I pay 40rm for a night. But one thing is that the parking spot is limited.
Nice stay but only one night. The guests are quiet and polite. Also good reception desk. I only has trouble with the guest who leaves their cloth in the bathroom. Overall it's a nice stay, near the twin tower and central business. Also the nearest transportation i can found to get back to KL Central is the monorail.
Nestled in the hustle and bustle of the big city is a little gem covered in greenery. The rooms are comfortable and well kept, the staff are friendly and helpful.
Also, the hotel is strategically located - there are multiple cafes & restaurants around and there's an LRT station within walking distance.
Fabulous hotel. Good food, nice rooms, super friendly and helpful staff, great value. What else could you hope for? Took them up on their "it's a date with Kampachi" (their Japanese restaurant) promo and had a really enjoyable one night stay. Wish it could have been longer because it was all so nice. World class hotel.
