Very comfortable, clean and in the nice area.
Intentions and ideas of the owners are good, but there are some things they need to work on. First of all - fix toilet smell. Smoking should not be allowed at common terrace and by the pool. No clear rules or schedules to use garden grill. Place is great for groups eg. teams or big families, but not the best choice for couples and small families. Place is good to sleep over, but if you are looking for privacy and peace, you might want to stay elsewhere. Good choice if you like to wake up at 6am, either by chicken or children or other guests leaving. Place with potential for big groups with common lifestyles booking together. Microwave should be in the kitchen, not on photos only. Sea view is nice, but sea is 15 km away. Good stuff.

One can spot that lot of effort and love with aesthetic taste was spend on many tiny details in this island gem! We loved pool and sunbathing area surrounded by tree figs!
We stayed here for three nights, to explore Krk. Had a really great time in this place. Beautiful view on the ocean. The rooms were very clean and newly furnished. Extremely helpful and friendly employee.
There are some lovely chicken to observe on the neighbour property from your window.
