The staff was nice and delighted to serve the customers. We could get anything we wanted to the room and they were ready to give us some extra information and tips about the city. However, they didn't tell us the sauna was closed and it was one of the reason why we chose this hotel. A bit disappointed for that one.

Amazing here, would definitely come back. Lovely hot tubs in the room, mini bar (pay for what you use) TV with Netflix, prime etc. Close to the square

Very good apartments, comfy bed, good amenities.
But the WiFi is very intermittent and there is no elevator/lift.
But overall quite good location.

A good and nearly central location away from the crowds of the busy areas. Rooms are a good size, well equipped, modern looking and clean. The trams come down the main street outside but the windows were good and we were not woken up. Overall a good stay in a 3 star hotel and recommended for a 3-4 day stay in Kraków
We really enjoyed our stay here. Anna and Krzyztof were welcoming, friendly and extremely accommodating. The apartments are located within a 10 minute walk to The Old Town and a 30 minute walk to the Jewish Quarter where there is a huge selection of pubs and restaurants. Anna also gave lots of good hints and tips of where to get some good Polish food. Thank you for a lovely stay! We would definitely love to come back.
Amazing and beautiful hotel. Such wonderful staff, great stay, super accommodating, and very friendly. Easy to get to the old town by foot but also pretty close to the tram. Great place and will stay there again if I'm in Krakow again.
Beautiful hotel, modern, tidy. Perfect location in the heart of the city. Many excellent restaurants and bars nearby. The room is quiet and bed very comfortable. Additional bonus is Netflix instead of TV channels.
I love staying here every time I visit Krakow. Excellent customer service and gorgeous apartments selection.

Stayed here for 3 nights in December with my boyfriend. It was perfect in every possible way. Clean, stylish and comfortable. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. Perfect location. Just a 40 minute bus ride that takes you from outside the airport to right next to the hotel for just 40p!!! (download the app jakdojade to book). Will definitely be staying again. Only problem was that two single beds had been pushed together to make a double and we found ourselves falling down the gap. Nevertheless, it was by far the nicest hotel we saw in Krakow.

Beautiful place to stay and can't get more central, its a beautiful building and staff were very helpful and friendly, would recommend this place absolutely, we were here for the Christmas markets and was very handy for dropping bags back to the room
Really nice rooms for great price,and just right next to Bazylika Mariacka(St.Mary’s Basilica).Friendly and very helpful staff.We enjoyed our stay.
Comfy bed. Got in late so can't be angry that someone wasnt at reception when I came in. Sounded like the was a trumpet being played every hour. Plus church bells.
Lovely place, great rooms. I had the room with the exposed wood supports and it was very charming. Air conditioning worked great, so did the shower, plenty of toiletries, sewing kit etc, as expected from a hotel.
Breakfast was delicious but, if there was one thing I cold recommend to the management, it would be to set out exactly how it is to be presented every time as it was vastly different each morning. Also the salt in the salt shakers was very, very wet, it's understandable as the basement is pleasantly chilly and moist but there must be a way to get around it.
Great hotel,lovely rooms, friendly and helpful staff. I had a room at the front of the hotel it was quite noisy early morning. The breakfast was OK.All and all a great few days.
