Wow. Just wow. Squeaky clean apartment with comfy beds and a nespresso machine. Breakfast varied, fresh and large meaning no need for lunch. Friendly staff. Recommend recommend recommend!
Clean hostel and good location. However, the architecture of building is odd. You need to pass the kitchen to go to men bathrooms. And the light in the room is on top of the bed, so if you sleep in the second floor of bed bunk and somebody turns the lights on, you will get a light shock.
I was here yesterday with my boyfriend.
We are from Germany and compared to our apartments it was much better here.
We had our own Jacuzzi and sauna, and a massage chair
It was very relaxing and the apartment is beautifully decorated.

Exceeded our expectations. Room was well equipped with separate bedroom, bathroom an kitchenette. Great location, easy walking distance to train station, galleria shopping center and historic old town. Ceilings are a little low in places so have to watch your head. Does not provide 24 hour reception, but they do provide instructions on how to access property in private communications. Would love to stay here again.
Good welcome. Everything clean, clean room. Very friendly personel. Jacuzzi on the rooftop is just amazing. It is close to many famous places in Krakow :)
I wanted to give this place 5 starts bc it's beautiful, located in a great area and was one of the cleanest hotels that I've stayed in. Basically, we loved most things about it. Unfortunately, a room in our hallway had a sewage issue that made it hard not to throw up when you left your room. It was very bad.
I'm sure they will get that maintenance issue fixed so please don't let that dissuade you. Also, the mirror in the bathroom was broken. Overall this is a great place to stay and definitely a solid 4 stars. We will book with them again in the future and hope to give them 5 stars next time. Also, the cleaning staff absolutely deserves a 5 star rating.
I have only good things to say about this hotel. The location is great, close to the main square, close to the train station and of course, it's located in the lovely Old Town.
The room was also very nice, spacious, great AC (which was very useful since it was very hot), extremely comfortable bed... Probably one of the best hotel beds I've ever slept on!
The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The only thing I would complain is the construction right next to the hotel that was a bit loud in the morning, but nothing extreme.
I highly recommend this hotel, but if you're going by car make sure you inform yourself about parking garages or where you can park, because the parking situation is a bit complicated.
Beautiful rooms, the whole building is spotless and well worth the visit. The staff are obliging no matter what the request is and gave us plenty of advice on where the best food places , entertainment and the tours too do. Central too everything and will definitely return
Outstanding place to stay Kraków. Perfect location, 24/7 access to flat, amazing restaurant for breakfast downstairs + available 24/7 support from apartment crew. Strongly recommend
Great hotel in the middle of Krakow’s old town. The breakfast was yummy and the choices are great. You can even ask for an omelette with your own choice of cheese/pork/vegetables... the room is quite and big. Everything was clean. I recommend this hotel!
