Staff was nice. The phone in our room kept ringing. We called down to the front desk and they said they would send someone up but never did. We ended up just unplugging the phone so we could get some sleep. Breakfast was okay. Great location near city center.
Great hotel in the middle of Krakow’s old town. The breakfast was yummy and the choices are great. You can even ask for an omelette with your own choice of cheese/pork/vegetables... the room is quite and big. Everything was clean. I recommend this hotel!
Outstanding place to stay Kraków. Perfect location, 24/7 access to flat, amazing restaurant for breakfast downstairs + available 24/7 support from apartment crew. Strongly recommend
Comfy bed. Got in late so can't be angry that someone wasnt at reception when I came in. Sounded like the was a trumpet being played every hour. Plus church bells.
The best host I've ever had! Very helpful and so kind-hearted. The location of the place literally can't be better if you're visiting Kraków. Staying here felt like home ❤️ The atmosphere is so warm and the rooms are cosy. Thank you! I'll be back for sure! :)
I have only good things to say about this hotel. The location is great, close to the main square, close to the train station and of course, it's located in the lovely Old Town.
The room was also very nice, spacious, great AC (which was very useful since it was very hot), extremely comfortable bed... Probably one of the best hotel beds I've ever slept on!
The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The only thing I would complain is the construction right next to the hotel that was a bit loud in the morning, but nothing extreme.
I highly recommend this hotel, but if you're going by car make sure you inform yourself about parking garages or where you can park, because the parking situation is a bit complicated.
Beautiful place to stay and can't get more central, its a beautiful building and staff were very helpful and friendly, would recommend this place absolutely, we were here for the Christmas markets and was very handy for dropping bags back to the room
I was here yesterday with my boyfriend.
We are from Germany and compared to our apartments it was much better here.
We had our own Jacuzzi and sauna, and a massage chair
It was very relaxing and the apartment is beautifully decorated.

Great hotel,lovely rooms, friendly and helpful staff. I had a room at the front of the hotel it was quite noisy early morning. The breakfast was OK.All and all a great few days.
Beautiful rooms, the whole building is spotless and well worth the visit. The staff are obliging no matter what the request is and gave us plenty of advice on where the best food places , entertainment and the tours too do. Central too everything and will definitely return

Clean hostel and good location. However, the architecture of building is odd. You need to pass the kitchen to go to men bathrooms. And the light in the room is on top of the bed, so if you sleep in the second floor of bed bunk and somebody turns the lights on, you will get a light shock.
Beautiful hotel, modern, tidy. Perfect location in the heart of the city. Many excellent restaurants and bars nearby. The room is quiet and bed very comfortable. Additional bonus is Netflix instead of TV channels.
Good welcome. Everything clean, clean room. Very friendly personel. Jacuzzi on the rooftop is just amazing. It is close to many famous places in Krakow :)
