Great
We stayed here for the first stretch of our minimoon in October 2019 and we couldn't fault a thing. They left us some lovely macaroons and a congratulations note in our room which was a lovely touch. Definitely be back to Krakow and when we do, its here we'll be staying.
Perfect lunches, nice place for working
A beautiful, modern hotel in a great location right on edge on Kazimierz. Covid safe. The staff are very helpful and nice (Victoria gave us loads of great recommendations of good food and drink places). They have free spa area with a sauna and steam room. The breakfast in the cafe was delicious and a really nice space. Absolutely will stay there again when in Krakow.
This hotel has the best service ever! The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Thank you to Viktoria and Patryk for helping me prepare a surprise for my friend. The cake was so delicious! I will definitely stay here when I come to Krakow or other polish cities.
