Beautiful rooms, the whole building is spotless and well worth the visit. The staff are obliging no matter what the request is and gave us plenty of advice on where the best food places , entertainment and the tours too do. Central too everything and will definitely return
Truly recommend. Great design and very clean. Helpful and nice staff. Only problem is parking which they provide for certain price
This hotel is very clean, modern and quiet. Staff are friendly and its in a good location, easy access to the square. Will definitely be staying here anytime we are in Krakow and will recommend to friends and family no doubt.
Very good hotel, specious and clean rooms, very nice staff. Great location, we also had breakfast which was nice but would prefer to have buffet but because of the current situation this was not allowed.
