Outstanding place to stay Kraków. Perfect location, 24/7 access to flat, amazing restaurant for breakfast downstairs + available 24/7 support from apartment crew. Strongly recommend
Terrible customer service. I reserved at another branch of loft affair not found on google. I made clear my reservation was contingent on a late checkout. After ignoring my request on this matter for multiple hours, they charged my credit card anyway and refused reimbursement. I am starting to think this is a scam.
Well furnished apartments with big rooms and very near to market square.
Me and 15 of my colleagues were traveling on our annual fun trip and this time Krakow was our destination. I arranged the flights and accommodations so 3 apartments from District17 seemed like a really good fit for our needs, and they were but there was some mishaps in the beginning..
They arranged us some trips and transportation from the airport to the apartments but soon as we landed and tried to look for our ride, there was no-one there. We waited around 30min and i kept constant connection with our host. There was honest mistake and they forgot to order our ride in time. Of course i was bit mad cause 15 people were relying on me to handle things and straight from the beginning things went bit south. People from Loft Affair handled situation really good. Apologized, did not make any excuses and they took care of whole transportation bill so in my opinion, if mistake is made, you cannot handle it better than that.
Other mishap happened with our apartments. Because of the booking system had some problem and made double booking for one of our rooms. So it had to be changed to a smaller one. They called me 2 days before the trip so i was aware of that. Good that they let us know but it was so close to our flight date that i did not have time to arrange new apartments for 16 people so we decided to just go for it and sleep bit tighter than we originally planned. They compensated that with some wine and vouchers for massage parlor close by and later sign out from the rooms cause our flight was late in the evening. Again, very well handled situation when mistakes were made, even thou this time it was not their fault, system just bugged. (at least i hope) Anyway they were really professionals and rest of the trip went beautifully. Trips to salt mines and auschwitz worked like a charm and prices were reasonable.
Apartments were really clean and decor was really well thought. Location was amazing and everything interesting was on walking distance. Restaurant downstairs had good breakfast and there were couple nice small pubs just around the corner. Toilets and showers were clean and easy to use even for bit bigger fella. Not really fan of those "glassboxshowers" so gladly they did not have them and you could actually move your arms without hitting your elbows all the time. Could not hear any street noises or voices from other apartments. Balcony had nice view to inner yard and sun shined there at least a bit so it was nice.
Overall with that price/location/quality i would definitely go there again. And even thou there were some mishaps, they could not have handled those any better so i have to give 5/5.
