Staff was nice. The phone in our room kept ringing. We called down to the front desk and they said they would send someone up but never did. We ended up just unplugging the phone so we could get some sleep. Breakfast was okay. Great location near city center.

Lovely quaint hotel - fits very nicely in to the feel of the city. Very well situated. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful, peaceful and made to feel like we were the only ones that matter. Fabulous base for a short break in Kraków. The staff were kind, polite and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was spacious and the food delicious. Would love to return.
