Very cosy little hotel. Perfect location in old city district. Near to everything. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Very friendly and nice personnel.
Great hotel - rooms are clean and quiet - receptionist is brilliant and helpful - the location is perfect - 10-15 min walk to the main square going through a park, a scenic walk. Worth visiting Auschwitz if you have time, schindlers museum and the bars and restaurants here are great. Also the breakfast and the adjoining restaurant is extremely good quality. Location is really good! 10 mins walking from Old City. Clean, new hotel. Breakfast was fabulous
Breakfast was poor for a 4 star hotel. Wasn't given a choice. Food was placed in front of me.
We booked this hotel long before covid hit Europe. After learning that we cannot enter Poland because of quarantine we asked to either get refund or book another dates when we can actually come. But hotel managment refused to do any of those options and just took our money.
