Great hotel in the middle of Krakow’s old town. The breakfast was yummy and the choices are great. You can even ask for an omelette with your own choice of cheese/pork/vegetables... the room is quite and big. Everything was clean. I recommend this hotel!
This hotel is absolutely wonderful! The rooms are huge, the shower is large and water pressure is unreal, the breakfast was delicious with great variety, and the price is on point. The location is great considering the only parking in the area is outside of the old town. The receptionist was the most kind, patient, and helpful receptionist I have ever encountered. All the staff are exceptional and make you feel at home. Highly recommended.
this hotel service is a joke, they have blocked on my card 5 times actual cost of night and refunded 2 times, missed currencies and so..I have problem to figure out with them for over 3 months! Do not recommend!
